Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5*, privately owned contractor based in Oxfordshire that specialise in the delivery of large social housing schemes across the Thames Valley region.
Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to oversee the final stages of a £30m social housing scheme in Oxford and then to move onto another scheme in Oxford working under a Technical Manager. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as a Technical Coordinator for a contractor and must be based within an hour of Hemel Hempstead. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £50k + package.
