Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder with a regional office based in Southampton that specialise in the development of volume build housing across the South Coast.
Due to a number of sites starting creating an increase in workload they are currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join their existing Technical department and assist in overseeing the technical aspects on anything up to 3 x residential projects. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working within the Technical team of a construction business and must be based within an hour of Southampton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £40k + package.
