Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder based in the Thames Valley region that specialise in the development of both social housing and private spec housing across the Thames Valley area.
Due to an increase in workload they are currently recruiting for a site based Technical Coordinator to work on a new project in Bracknell. Due to the experience and knowledge of the current site team and the responsibilities this individual will need to be responsible for the client have stated they are looking for an engineering biased Technical Coordinator to oversee the frame structures. Candidates must be from this background (no exceptions) and must have ideally worked for another volume house builder or main contractor for at least 3 years. Also candidates must be based within an hour of Bracknell. The scheme you will be working on consists of 191 units, consisting of a 10 x storey RC frame apartment block, reporting into a Technical Manager. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £50k + package.
