Konnect are currently recruiting for a 5* house builder with a regional office based on the South Coast that specialise in the development of new build housing across the South. 

The client are currently looking for an experienced Technical Director to work from their office in Southampton and oversee their Technical Department. The department consists of a solid and well drilled team and there is a manager above from a Technical background so all the support is there. Candidates must have at least 3 - 5 years working as a Head of Technical for a house builder and must be based within an hour of Southampton. Due to the level of experience the client have stated they would be looking to pay circa £100k + package but will pay more for the right candidate.
