Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5*, social housing contractor based in Southampton that specialise in the delivery of social housing, retirement builds and private spec housing across the South.
Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Technical Manager to be based from the office in Southampton, however they are offering agile working, to oversee 3 x 4 residential projects from start to finish. Candidates must have at least 3 - 5 years experience working either within the design/technical team of a developer or contractor or work within the design sector at an architectural or engineering practice. Candidates must have some residential experience and must be based within an hour of Southampton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £70k + package.
