Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a regional contractor with an office based on the south coast that specialise in the development of new build housing and care homes across the southern region.
Due to expansion and increased workload they are currently recruiting for Technical Manager to be based in their office in Southampton but oversee 2 x schemes based in Dorset both of which are care home builds. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working within the Technical department of a house builder and must be based within an hour of Southampton. Due to level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £60k + package.
