Konnect are currently recruiting for a reputable, national developer based on the South Coast that specialise in the delivery of quality housing across the South.
Due to an increase in workload because of new site starts they are currently recruiting for a Technical Manager to join their existing team and oversee 2 x 3 projects. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working within the Technical Department for a house builder and must be based within an hour of Southampton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £70k + package.
