Konnect are currently recruiting a Trainee Quantity Surveyor for a leading commercial constrution company who opperates across the South Coast regin.
The role itself will be a split between site and office base, and will entail assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Site Manager with the running and management of various projects at once. Preparing and analysisng cost reports, budgeting and dealing with Sub Contractors and their costs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the construction process, alongside either BTEC/ HNC Qualifications.
