Konnect Recruit Ltd have a unique opportunity for a Resourcer / Trainee Consultant to join our rapidly growing Construction Recruitment business in Maidstone. This role will provide excellent personal development, training and potential to carve out a successful career by becoming a leading Recruitment Consultant within your field.
This role will begin with starting off as a Recruitment Resourcer, then promotion to a Recruitment Consultant, and maybe beyond! There is no end to how far your career can go!
Responsibilities:
• Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
• Ensuring your clients recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways
• Client liaison and development of working relationships
• Admin duties
Experience:
• Sales Experience preferred but not essential
• Can - Do - Attitude with a desire to win!
Benefits
• Competitive basic salary £16,000-£20,000 depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission with on target earnings of £25 - 30,000 in the FIRST YEAR
• 22 days holiday per year, Bank Holidays and 1 day for your Birthday as extra days holiday and Company Pension.
• Working closely with company Directors who will provide day to day and hands on training.
• Prestige office, in sought after location.
• Joining a great team of motivated and exciting individuals
• Events with the whole company and spontaneous events within the office
