Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder with a regional office based in Northamptonshire that specialise in the development of volume build housing in that area.
Due to an increase in workload they are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee 3/4 x traditional build projects in the Northamptonshire area. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as a Contracts Manager and must be based within an hour of Northampton. Due to the level of experience required the client has stated they would be looking to pay up to £75k + package.
