Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder with a regional office based in Northamptonshire that specialise in the development of new build housing Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Bedfordshire.
Due to expansion they are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for an immediate start. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as a Contracts Manager for a volume house builder and must be based within an hour of Northampton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £80k + package.
