Konnect are recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine in Berkshire, they are a main contractor working on various new build and refurb projects with projects up to 10m.
Role and responsibilities:
Working as part of the pre-construction team
Reporting into the Estimating Manager
Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates
Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live
Requirements:
Experience working for a main contractor
Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager
Good knowledge of JCT form of contract
Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
Minimum of 5 years proven experience
Salary and benefits:
Salary up to £75,000
