Due to a new site starting they are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee a 40 unit build in Godalming for a social housing client. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience delivering volume build residential sites from start to finish and must be based within an hour of Godalming. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £75k + package.
