Are you a Foreman capable of managing a 4 man hand lay tarmac gang?
Konnect Recruit have a long term opportunity with a civil engineering company with a good work book for projects in Sussex, Surrey and parts of Kent.
If you are experienced in leading a gang in carrying out resurfacing activities by machine lay and hand lay then we would love to hear from you!
You should have skills including:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor/Foreman leading a surfacing gang and overseeing associated works
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety on site at all times
- Competent at raking with experience of operating surfacing plant and machinery
- 3 years experience in a similar position highly desirable
- Tickets including: NRSWA, CSCS, CPCS: roller, dumper, excavator
If you are able to bring your own gang/team then that is a bonus!
