Konnect Recruit are currently seeking a Site Manager to run a groundworks scheme on behalf of a Kent based groundworks subcontractor. Our client have a brand new site in Hastings, East Sussex starting in July and require an experienced manager to lead the project. The site will be a new build commercial project and the contract is expected to last around 5 months.
Required for this position:
- Ability to read drawings
- Strong client relation skills
- Knowledge of drainage and concrete works
- Ability to lead a team of groundworkers and machine drivers
- Strong knowledge of H&S
- Proven track record running similar packages as a groundworks manager or groundworks supervisor
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- UK Driving License
