Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder based on the South Coast that specialise in the development of volume housing across the South Coast. 

Due to expansion and current sites starting they are currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join their existing team from their office in Southampton. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working within the Technical team of a house builder and must be based within an hour of Southampton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £50k + package.
